Ellen Colabella is the operations manager for One Team Financial Group, LLC, a general agency with the insurance companies of OneAmerica®. She also serves as a financial professional to clients.
Ellen is integral to the daily operations of One Team’s various areas of business. Her responsibilities include supporting the client-facing staff, working with other registered representatives, effectively acclimating and training new financial professionals, and fueling the firm’s recruiting pipeline. She also oversees all business processing activities of the agency.
During Ellen’s 19 years in the industry she has witnessed, first-hand, the power of life insurance and how families and businesses can be protected from financial devastation. With the support of One Team, she also offers a range of products and services that help her clients with their financial needs.
Previous to her current role, she was with New England Financial as well as more than two decades of sales management in the aviation industry.
Ellen holds the following licenses: 2-15 Life, Health VA, FINRA Series 7, 24 & 63, and is a member of Business Network International (BNI).
Outside of work, Ellen enjoys music, church choir, cooking and spending time with her family: Tony, Michael and Nicole.
